FAQ

All our classes have been broken down into age groups. If you aren’t sure which style of dance your child would enjoy, we’re happy to help! We can recommend the most suitable class based on your child’s age, experience and interests. They are more than welcome to trial as many different classes as they like.

That’s completely normal. Our experienced teachers are passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels supported, included and encouraged at their own pace.

Of course! We offer a complimentary trial class so your child can experience the fun, meet their teacher and decide if it’s the right fit before enrolling.

Please bring a labelled drink bottle and wear appropriate dance attire and footwear. Hair should be neatly secured away from the face for all classes, and in a ballet bun for ballet classes.

We encourage all students to wear our studio uniform as it promotes a sense of belonging and team spirit. Please refer to the uniform section next to the class you are enrolled in on our website for further information. If you don’t have a uniform yet, dancers should attend class in comfortable dance or activewear. Clothing such as jeans, skirts and dresses should not be worn.

Each dance style requires specific footwear to ensure students can dance safely and comfortably. We ask that students have the correct shoes. Acro, Lyrical and Boy Crew classes are completed barefoot unless advised otherwise.

We understand that starting something new can be a big step. Parents are welcome to watch their child’s first class to help them feel settled. After that, we encourage parents to wait outside the studio so students can build confidence, focus on their teacher, and fully participate in class.

We endeavour to run a Watch Week in the final week of Term 1 and 3 at which time parents are invited to view their child’s classes. Parents are notified of upcoming Watch Weeks via email.

Our annual concert is a highlight of the year and a wonderful opportunity for dancers to showcase everything they’ve learned. While we encourage all students to participate, performance is not compulsory. If your child won’t be taking part, please let us know as early as possible.

Yes. Students participating in the annual concert will require a costume for each class they perform in. Costume information and ordering details are provided well in advance.

Fees are charged at the beginning of each term and can be paid using the payment methods outlined during enrolment.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount across all classes for enrolled siblings of 3 or more.
